Exhortation
Oh, sing to the Lord our God,
Sing unto the Lord a new song;
Show unto Him honor and laud,
Throughout the day and all night long.
For He has done marvelous things,
As the wonderment of them all;
With praise and adoration it brings,
And delighting as to enthrall.
His holy arm with His right hand,
Has gained a victory for Him;
The force through His righteous command,
Has been leaving foes mighty grim.
God has made His Salvation known,
Uncovered righteousness to see;
Showing that you are not alone,
Having room for both you and me.
He remembers your faithfulness,
And promises not to forsake;
Rewarding with His blessedness,
Forgiving you of a mistake.
Rejoice to the ends of the earth,
While having a joyful voice;
For the Lord knows what you are worth,
And for that you need to rejoice.
Let sea waves roar like the thunder,
The hills and streams joyously ring;
As no foe causes asunder,
Dividing you from God to bring.
