DARK

Back in the dark lurking under the stairs
None to see my plight
Back in the dark lurking under the stairs
No soul to touch, this endless night

ALONE, as I search for the light of day
A light that may once more lure me away.

But still there will be no sun today
No sun, no son, no sky of blue
Unless God is with us to watch over you.

Back in the dark at the bottom of the stairs
Until God tells me He hears my prayers.

The dark is here
The sun has come undone
Please God hear me
SAVE MY SON.
