 Heavenly Bodies
Moon over Water with Stars Pictures, Images and Photos

Of light, of years, distance away
Of Friend, of sky, of night not day
They gather so all could be seen
Before eyes close to wishful dreams

Rays peaceful will rain upon
A heart broken, wayward love gone
Seeking comfort upon backdrop
Of dark of night with wept teardrops

This place where secrets reign between
The milky way and too Moon Beams
Where dust cosmic sprinkles a path
It's tail and trail at long, at last

Here is viewed what some write of
Where eyes seek them all well above
Become now friends to mortal beings
Joined hand to sky in them believing

Out there, somewhere, beyond just reach
A love wished for from space will breach
Our atmosphere to honor wish
Of lonely soul, back ordered bliss

A star will bring a wishful thought
As Moon will catch what others sought
Awestruck a heart that comprehends
A rendezvous that passion lends
