Beware of those Changes
It would be a good thing if parents of today, should prepare
Their children, for the world's changes that may be severe
Not even their level of erudition, training and qualification
May not make any dent in their chances in the employment situation.
This too should be foremost in that mind setting
That there are lots more out there competing
Cultivating in their life lots of those important survivor skills
That should be very critical when there is a dip in wills
Be mindful too that theirs is a world of technology
And in some cases replacing them quite successfully
Also to they may have to compete for their very existence
In an atmosphere fraught with such artificial intelligence
Then what now could be to them even worse
As there is reality that lots of their jobs can be outsource
Being now sent to off to some other destination
Where they are now being person for a far cheaper remuneration
The stark reality of the every present globalization
Is also another scary factor in the job's equation?
Don't sit there basking in the sunshine of qualification
Look how many other are also in a similar situation
There is nothing wrong in having a good education
Remember that may not now be any salvation
Because the constant blowing wind of change
Can sometimes blow from a direction that is very strange?
So parent makes such you give then advice that is sound
Teach them how to react. When they are let down
We often feel please when they eventually walk are lots of failure
But in adult life want them to breeze through much easier.
