Wisdom and rhyme is the essence of my STORY.
Sharing my thoughts while placing emphasis
on rhyming words is the key to my POETRY.
I'm just a humble poet, I wish to be successful
without pursuing fame, fortune or GLORY.
This particular poem is all about
the wisdom and the RHYME
from a humble poet's MIND.
Never will I ask for donations.
For those with access to the internet can go ONLINE
and absorb my brand of poetry ANTYTIME
without having to pay a single DIME.
My literary mission has already BEGUN.
As I awaken the sleeping giant,
together we can free the children of the SUN.
All this can be creatively DONE
without the weapon of human destruction,
also known as the GUN.
The topics I explore range from the tiniest insect
to the furthest STAR.
If they speak English on planet MARS,
my poetry will find a way to travel that FAR.
Wisdom and rhyme will reach
the enlightened mind
wherever you go, wherever you ARE.
Some of my poems will be carefully preserved
to be read and heard at a future point in TIME.
If apes and other intelligent primates
learn how to read,
they are more than welcome to explore
my wisdom and my RHYME.
However, I have to admit,
my particular style of poetry was intended
to stimulate the sons and daughters of MANKIND.
Please do not expect too much of me,
I don't know how to transform water
into the alcoholic beverage known as WINE.
I'm just a humble poet,
within each and every virtuous LINE,
a piece of me is what the true believer will FIND.
