A Star's Road
As fans we do admire a star's life style and wealth
Wishing that we could acquire a fraction ourselves
Our thoughts get so captivated by that finished product
But never looked at what it took to get to that spot.
Maybe we never for once seen that period of preparation
Not seeing those long tedious hours of patience and dedication
Under the sharp, watchful and critical eyes of those professionals
Whose tolerance of tardiness would most certainly be minimal?
Those professional too, have to maintain their reputation
As this is from where they obtain their remuneration
So one can clearly see that level of focus and intensity
And they expect that there shall be same level of reciprocity
Though we as people show our appreciation for a star
None the less it was not always an easy road getting that far
By researching and getting information about the journey
One can then appreciate why they deserve that type of money.
Stars too, should give a bit about their background and history
Letting the public see that their lives were not always so rosy
Emphasizing that even though in life they did not have a good start
But there can be changes, when discipline and hard work get impart
Many of our youths pattern themselves after some stars
Even the dress code, emulating many of those rappers
Yes one can appreciate and tolerate the many art forms
In most cases the messages and images portrayed confrontational norms.
