Health
Somewhere among lots of lives many wishes
Is to someday be blessed with many riches
But when checking on those assets and finances
It will appear that there are such little chances
So therefore focus on what may be greater than wealth
Is to focus more of that attention on have good health.
There will be those who talked of seeing many shores
Others may say they have walked through many doors
There may be talk of rubbing shoulders with the well to do
Whilst other may say what other things they pursue
But some may say that they found out there is nothing much better
Then that feeling when they undertook a lifestyle that was healthier
How some too feel that sense of such great achievement
And will often highlight their many materialistic accomplishments
Do so have distracted them, from making that deposit
In that bank that is so caring so humanistic
And so in that focus so intense on acquiring
That aspect of their lives call health, they are neglecting.
How often we see on the roads those luxurious vehicles
Also we see those fast food chains are now getting very preferable
As people get so sedentary, depicted by those spreading midlines
Resulting in an obese population, over a process of time
There is nothing wrong in having any of the afore mentioned
But give that area of the health so important attention.
Sometimes people will sit and find take no measure
About how they ridicule someone, in the name of pleasure
This they may classify as just having a bit of fun
But cannot take it when it's on them that is done
It would have been more productive, if they had taken the time
To take a long walk and clear such nonsense for the mind.
