Living Guidelines
Teach and promote people to do,
The things that God would want them to;
Teaching them to be just and fair,
And the love of God they should share.
One that parts from the Word of God,
Does not truly honor and laud;
They are conceited deep inside,
In the Word they do not abide.
Because they do not understand.
The Lord and what He does command;
The love of God is not within,
Since He is corrupted with sin.
For his unhealthy desire,
Will light the tempers of fire;
While he quarrels and argues.
As he talks and tries to confuse.
He becomes jealous and will curse,
As he tries to quote from a verse;
Starting a conflict when he finds,
When trying to corrupt their minds.
He does become very uncouth,
While robbing them of the truth;
Because his mind sees his merit,
As a means to make a profit.
A godly life will bring much wealth,
Because of your spiritual health;
Since God will take you to extremes,
Making you rich beyond your dreams.
