You Are . . .

An Opener:
Opening every chamber
long been closed;
You fit every key
to unlock the way.

A Sweeper:
Noting all clutters
down the core of being;
You lay every piece
 appropriately in place.

A Basketball player:
I bounce from every move
vulnerable to topple;
You guard to protect me
from inevitable fall.

A Mentor:
Ignorance and gullibility
I possess sans of guidance;
Your patience and understanding
bestow awareness on things I wonder.

A Pulley:
Down in the darkened pit
adamant to solitude I sit;
You cast down a link of brace
Pulling me up from disgrace.

A Dictionary:
Unknown to me the self within
doing as I please for nothing;
You pronounced words so strange
giving my life every meaning.

A Man:
I never had to call my own
All I met are players of emotion;
You promised nothing to reckon
But you are crystal clear by action.

The Love of My Life:
My breathe
My lifeline
Beat of my heart
My happiness.
