With all the very many things that's been
That I've loved so dearly over life
How they all greatly so out number
All the things of lifes woe and strife
If I was to draw a line down the middle
Right down the center of a writing pad
The good things they almost would always
Reach the bottom the good times I've had
And as it always goes and as it always shows
Happy moments reach the bottom always it's true
And the things most seem to concentrate upon
Are after all said and done so very few
There's so much I have to be thankfull for
As life's not ever perfect as we all know
There is just so much beauty within my world
As well as those many that I really do love so
So I often take time to remind myself I do
Just how lucky I am in ever so many ways
And I know within myself I've God to thank
It's him I should thank so much and give my praise.
