Love to paint with knife thick paint
Embossed the scape becomes~
Background mid ground foreground
Flowers growing up front in drums~
Rose petals even demand attention
Painted heavily with care~
Even a kitten on the mat
Looks just like it is really there~
Curling palet knife just right
Mixing shades with care so slow~
Smallest rays of sunlight appear
As yellows shine through and glow~
Making smudges with the strangest things
To embrace this scape sublime~
Sometimes to add reality I use sand
To make a scape so fine~
Touching up with gentle care
Don't wish to over do~
And every time it dries its own way
And becomes something else it's true~
