WINE AND GATES

woke up with a halo (dissuasion)

told a friend...
the chew in the wind
may it find you, and not offend
the kind of thing one find's, again

darting between clouds one day
my name came up about the watch of the day
who is 'dreamanger' and its continental say
this spit in the pot, is likely a clay

mysterious thought i
the role of subtle and supple fingers and a hat of heat
must be a courage, i intoned, for  why
they's agree, friends spend the money if it

the next day, it rained and rained
my silly notion to swallow the tact of a dream
became the bounce and stare of trying parts, wax and waned
this seems to be something to eat, that identify's the milk from the cream

wet and smelling like a skunk
i smiled at the tradition i had found
i swallowed and not, taking a hex for junk
i remembered the better part of a how

then it occurred to me
what if i fall asleep in the shadows
tis' the regret of surmiseal that i know this we
tis' the reaction of survival that comes and goes

my heart pounded, my name began to wonder
was not a wish my final kiss for the day
the thought of riches of the spirit to plunder
had left their mark with me, i let them stay

passion was the first to kiss, the kind of thing that has a way with enigma
reality came next, with a gift that said i am th reason of yore
seclusion then saw to my lip, the right of essences that collect a dilemna
perhaps finally came, the reach of another sanity in view of the lore

bent on history
been a golden source
my name appeared to be an epistlery
that could with the arrangement of souls, or worse
