Smoke will fill the cave in sixty seconds
I must recite a wall of scripture to survive
I can see the writing but it's hieroglyphic
Words of God that could save my life
They are new to me so I fumble my speech
A devout Christian is yards ahead of me
Walking into daylight free from danger
I see His figure glowing as the cave crumbles around me
And Death is a moment away
I try to read faster but my vision gets worse
