That Christmas Cheer
Whew! Imagine how quickly the time has flown by
And once again another Christmas season is drawing nigh
People from all walks of life despite the recession, look forward to this occasion
Putting all adversities, all problems deferring everything, in the spirits of the season
Some people too seem to put aside any sort of difference
Apparently infused by that spirit of such benevolence
As though being so contagious, this exuding act of such goodwill
Seem to have on all those shores of the world has happily spilled
But all around there is so much hype and that constant activity
In those homes, villages and in every corner of the city
Lovely decorations, light that blink to music in such harmony
Depicting such a wonderful picture; and spectacle for all to see.
Business too whose endeavor is to capture the customer's interest
All around there are competitions open to those who make quantified value purchase
This in the process of time, someone fortunate one will be the winner
Of being the fortunate one, to be blessed with complete home make over.
As the time nears there is such an aroma that punctuate the breeze
One can clearly inhale the fragrance of those freshly cut Christmas trees
Such a pleasant smell continues to fill the air, this declare
To all those around that Christmas is really drawing near.
On that day there is that gathering of many friends and families
Spending time eating, drinking, discarding in the spirits of the festivities
Then that hour will come where their all assemble in one room
As they opened and exchanged gifts, much laughter gets boom.
