While reading God's love letter for all mankind
HiStory unfolds with each page turned back in time
All that I am or will ever hope to be...
Is by the blood and the Cross of Jesus that set me free
With each turn of the pages in His holy word
Fills me with anticipation to share with the world
It is in Him I move and breathe and have my being
In His love letter this truth He's been revealing
Down through the years hundreds of poems I've written
Mere words can't describe my love and devotion for Him
No matter what obstacles may be thrown my way
My focus is on Jesus the author and finisher of my faith
Sometimes my thoughts will wander back in time
Wondering how I could have been so blind
After excepting Him as Lord I didn't renew my mind
I continued in "my will" giving Him no time
Shortly after being in a car wreck but he spared my life
Keeping me from death's door while being spiritually blind
Through the wilderness I walked for so many years
My lack of total surrender brought so much pain and tears
I tell you all that to tell you this
No pain I brought upon myself compares to
The suffering and torment on the cross felt by Jesus
Many of us have knowingly grieved the Holy Spirit
While saying we're christians but a carnal mind remains
When brought to anger in speech there's no change
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks
Supernaturally the Holy Spirit changed the old me
When I gave up my will and surrendered to the God of Glory
My thoughts lining up with His truth is totally transforming me
Old things did pass away and sickens me to this day
All the time I wasted not feeding on His word or even pray
As it is written in 2 Chronicles seven verse fourteen
And especially Romans 12:2 to impact our life and other men
The word says;Ye shall know them by the fruit they bear
As God's workmanship it is His word we are to share
All glory and honor and praise I give to Him
The lover of my soul that regenerated my spirit within
As long as I live mere words could not express
The love and gratitude I feel for my Lord Jesus
The poems I'm given at times minister to me
Some of the words I'm given I have to look up the meaning
You see I'm an 8th grade drop-out in the natural world
But the Holy Spirit guides me into all truth to share with the world
I trust Him to bear witness in my spirit with all I share
And if I should doubt He makes sure confirmation is there
Some want to please men and just tickle an ear
Throughout my life and denominations later
The Holy Spirit led me into unadulterated
Truth to both share and hear
I'm pressing forward to the most high calling
No longer dwelling on the past except to brag on Him
For my mess with age is a message for my testimony
They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and the word
of their testimony,this was written in Revelation...
I say: "To God be the Glory... forever and ever!!! Amen

This poem written a year ago,I am still ministering to myself
as well as others,for the washing of the word HAS transformed my life
although I have a ways to go and won't be perfect til Jesus comes
to rapture us home,I want ALL to know I love you and if any
poem truly shared my heart and gratitude for what Jesus
has done in my life it would be this one.AND... the scriptures below
is ones that spoke to me and still are working in my life to do
what God wants them to accomplish.His Spirit in me the hope of glory.
Today I share with you that I had always felt i had to work for my salvation
because of a mindset that was drilled in me from years ago,I've truly been set free
And I pray that I can have time to right any wrongs or hurts I have caused.
I got a bit zealous and never intended to sound or be judgemental but i repent,
I'm still human and humans make mistakes.I repented,and God forgave me and
if God be for me,who can be against me,He'll never forsake me when i
make a mistake,Hallelujah!

Rom.12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed
