At my school in lower classes back when
And me being the very smallest one there
If ever something went wrong with teacher
Out of the room so help me I now swear
All asked who made this total room mess
The lot would automaticly point then at me
And it would be off up to the headmaster
I would be sent right then everytime you see
But my mother had a garden nursery of plants
And the headmaster had bought many a rose
So walking up to the headmasters very door
I'd say hello sir All roses growing I suppose?
Yes terry he would then say to me at the time
They are so beautiful and all are doing fine
Then walking back into the classroom I'd then
Be rubbing my habds as if in pain every time
They'd all laugh at me and say how did I feel
I'd sniffle but then I'd to my self think it's so
Bloody fools they say he who laughs last in life
And it won't hurt them of what they'll never know.
