I ask in the name of the Lord,
That my words will not be ignored;
Live no more like those of this earth,
That is filled with unrighteous mirth.
Their minds are merely worthless things,
With the thoughts that the darkness brings;
They do not understand since the dark,
Is where they constantly embark.
They are excluded from this life,
Since theirs is always filled with strife;
For ignorance and stubbornness,
Blocks them from getting blessedness.
The way that they live and proclaim,
They never have a sense of shame;
Trying new ways of perversion,
Frolicking through their excursion.
They look for lighting the fire,
In new ways for their desire;
Whenever they might take a jaunt,
With anyone that they may want.
But that is not what you have learned,
For the salvation you have earned;
What you heard of Christ all these days,
And you have been taught in His ways.
Let bitterness be put away,
Not to tempt you going astray;
As well as anger cross your path,
So God does not pour out His wrath.
