WHEN YOU WAKE ON WINTER MORNINGS
When you wake on winter mornings,
What you see
Is what you wished.
If the day is cold or tepid,
What you feel
Is what you wished.
If the day is bright and brisk
What you are is what you see.
If you feel the day is jumpy,
What you think
Is what you have.
