minimum wage.

These programs are slave labor programs that exploit our mentally

America should be above slave labor programs.
There should be programs for the mentally handicapped,
and socially disadvantaged, but it should be in areas of art, and
computers
I have seen those with learning disabilities learn quickly to use a
computer.
Quicker and sometimes better than a well educated person that has
no disability.

We can speak out against slave labor programs that our fore fathers
have fought do desperately against.
We can be the voice for our citizens that have no voice, and speak
