Solitary
A year has past and my demise
Has come to not see Blue eyed skies
For in darkness I lay awake
Inside this pit with less partake
They say the hole is no mans land
A place where thrown become the damned
Of mind, body and soul that yearns
A better day for light to burn
Burn away the walls where dwells
Guilty as charged, hearts living Hell
For crimes of love I am you see
The greater part that is all me
The toss and turns on floor where rest
Becomes what was of what was best
A better man who keeps but hope
Alive and well maybe more soap
And so tonight I look to sky
Made of concrete just getting by
Holding to life if just in dreams
Missing aura, her color scheme
The beautiful part of Solitary
