A very shortest ever loved inexpensive relaxing holiday
How I really once so often enjoyed taking them it's so
And only for maybe just a few really peaceful hours
As slowly walking through an undiscovered garden I'd go
Then taking the entire worlds woes from my very mind
Admiring ever so the trees and flowers all along the way
Finding those little places to sit and think and maybe write
A letter or a poem slowly all in the tranquil peace of day
All in and around the bushy shrubs and flowers to be found
And under the beautiful shadey and half sun lit high canopy
With the breeze following me along I'd even write a song
And only with the smallest birds and bees for my company
A most lovely statue could be standing silently right there
With it's own very peaceful story of it's past to me to tell
Such exotic flowers to be seen in a garden ever so supreme
Such a shortest holiday but one in life that I loved so well.
