ImpetuousityImpetuosity is random with no planning of what is done, Often opening the door to daylight and letting in some sun, Patience is a virtue, a just reward to all those who wait, Why suffer that boring philosophy, try spontaneity its great, Dance as if no to-morrow, laughing out loud if you dare, Just play like a reckless child without a worry or a care, Having a roll in the long grass, look to the sun up in the sky, Take time out from formality, retrieve the sparkle in your eye, Dress wearing a mixture of colours that will please only you, That also goes for odd socks try one red and the other blue, Pander to your eccentricity, letting your creativity run wild, Faces in a reflective window, your alter ego has just smiled, Now patience can have its place, but we need our vital spark, It's our golden ray of sunshine that lightens up the dark, Life is too short and serious so let some happiness shine, Some tears and some laughter, just let the two combine Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
