Advice on Marriage
I am a man to whom the Lord,
And let it never be ignored;
He shows mercy and puts His trust,
Temptation does not make me lust.
Because of end times I believe,
My faith grows from love I receive;
And that love flows onto my wife,
Together gives a happy life.
No divorce would I ever seek,
Even if she was lame and weak;
If she died I have no other,
For she is not like another.
The time is short and will not last,
And as we age time moves so fast;
For today turns to tomorrow,
Just as joys turn into sorrow.
Those who do get married should live,
A life and ready to forgive;
So the tears that your sorrows sought,
Will pass by affecting you not.
Be happy and stay together,
Caring and loving each other;
Do not think of going astray,
For this world is passing away.
