The girl you want me to be
Written at 15 years old
You're there
I ain't there
You're so far
Wish i had a flying car
The feelings reeled inside
Like a yo-yo i need them swung outside
It hurt when i sent the letter
Should have know your game better
Yet trust in you
Led me to fall further through
After the hurt
Came the spurt
I grew
Then i realized its your loss coz I'd be so true
Any kind of girl you wanted me to be
I would have been more than your cracking cup of tea
If you wanted me to blow you away
I'd be the best wife in the world you'd think no one better i could marry coz I'd make your heart sway
I'd have done everything
I'd have been anything
I thought about you world wide
I'd surf seven seas and the biggest tide
Coz i know I'd enjoy the ride
Yet you threw away
A great opportunity
Once in a lifetime
The mountain we would climb
Yet it was all a lie
You never felt anything for me like i did for you yet fallen for a beautiful liar i cannot deny
