An eye Opener
How often in some circle this is often being sung
That there is a need to make some way for the young
Nothing wrong with that as they may bring something new to the fore
But there is no need to throw experience out the door.
We can now see how places are now vetting that job application
To see the degree and depth of the applicant's social interaction
And so many of them find themselves in a tight situation
When it can be shown they did not even have a peer discussion
Perhaps it time now that situation demands that those institutions
Should look at way and mean to take their preparations to newer dimension
Thus rounding off that graduates that when they hid the work force
They are blessed with abilities so much that they can stay on course
Also let them know that being blessed with such higher education
Does not mean that they are blessed with such exponential erudition
That it is only a process in which they get their feet wet
But before them there is still an ocean to traverse yet
So don't feel that there is much and such unheeded progress
Just because with education and youth you are fortunately blessed
So if it does not work out, do not let those spirits be daunt
There will be many occasions in which things will not work out as you want.
Parent too should be proactive in this very delicate matter
Talk to their children and try to prepare them for any disaster
Letting them know that even of qualifications may open many a door
It may not allow them to walk, run or even dance across the floor.
