Resolve
Tests of time captured in bottles
Lessons learned resolve to model
Though pain does knock upon life's door
Survive she does by what she stores
Plans her own to walk this day
Love to give in all she says
A drop of her needed I'd say
To spare someone who hurts today
Magic without a deck of cards
Spark of life through times so hard
A piece of her to take and own
A peace unlike one finds at home
Home away from home where breath becomes
The need to see the rising Sun
Not through window, not of glass
But to live, let go the past
Mesmerized another word to speak
If just one more to say the least
Heal a heart though hers is broken
Gratitude is all she's spoken
A work of art that knows her maker
Giver of heart and too partaker
This day, this one written is hers
As well she knows of hearts she stirs
