Never Availed
I have never used the right,
Take advantage of the light;
Or use my personal views,
While I spread the Good News.
I would rather die than do,
Because it might mislead you;
Into thinking as a fact,
Creating quite an impact.
And it would be such a drag,
If I also tried to brag;
Because of being a sin,
Which is corrupting within.
Then it sounds as for the birds,
By making meaningless words;
And the Gospel would entail,
As being a fairy tale.
I have an obligation,
Telling of the salvation;
What the others will receive,
If they will truly believe.
It is a horrible thought,
The Gospel is spreading not;
By spreading it free of charge,
To the masses by enlarge.
For I think that it is right,
Guiding people to the light;
While they confess and pray,
No longer to go astray.
