Give Unto Others
Nears the night of Light to be
Of The World so much in need
Where joy comes wrapped under a tree
Common sense for children too
Need to feel that Santa flew
From a point where Elves take part
Constructing toys some tear apart
Tis the season of shopping sprees
Tis not like what it should be
More of Him to share this day
Less of things unwrapped coin paid
Don't mean to sound like Mr Grinch
Don't want to rain, no not a pinch
Upon parade where many come
But many won't to Him The Son
A write of sorts to take a moment
To know of Him who truly owns it
Who was the Gift that still keeps giving
The Gift of life, Eternal Living
Born again, to bring to you
Another chance, your gift, Break through
Those with less will pay tribute
To Him The Christ on Christmas
