Christmas Gifts
What a sight seen, when one looks at the children and young people today
There is no end to the amount of girth in the middle they display
But what is the big puzzle so perplexing and too so astound
What are they doing to themselves to get so rotund?
Now I have heard that listed there is an increase number in those statistics
Of the increasing number of youth that are listed of being diabetics
There is not time for finger pointing or apportioning blame
So let us all play our part and hope that some change is attain
But no matter what let appreciate that all is not lost
Let's do some damage control before things get worse
So we will begin this Christmas to save our future the Children
Thereby ensure the continuity of our generation and of course nation.
So when there is the purchasing of gifts makes sure you get
Those ones which when used will cause them to work up a sweat
So therefore lat bicycles be the first ones on the mind
And ride together enjoy the outside and have an enjoyable time.
Then let those muscles after Christmas get work up and swells
So to there can be that chipping in of a set of dumbbells
And therefore in time that blubber slowly starts to go
Then those eyes will glow, as the leaner person began to show.
Parent too for the holidays be firm and show no regret
Monitor that food making sure they follow a healthy diet
Also too make sure there are a roster and a rigid time frame
Which includes some exercises before they touch those electronic games?
So make this that priority in that list of that resolution
Stick firmly to it making sure that it comes to fruition
Because bad health absorbs wealth, remember now this is a recession
So be concern get into motion and certainly save those children.
