Christ like Attitude

Is there any comfort from love,
Given you from Christ up above;
Or a spiritual brotherhood,
That has not been misunderstood.

For sympathy and compassion,
Having for those in depression;
Giving them some encouragement,
From abusive disparagement.

Fill up with the same attitude,
The same love and the same mood;
That Christ has with one goal in mind,
To live in peace and being kind.

Not as selfish or in conceit,
Nor deception trying to cheat;
Rather humbly think of others,
Being better and your brothers.

Do not fret of your interest,
Ease your mind and give it a rest;
Because God will be helping you,
With your problems in getting through.

Christ humbled himself and obeyed,
Even when Judas had betrayed;
To the point of death caused a loss,
As Jesus hung there on the cross.

Confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
And His is beloved and adored;
To the glory of the Father,
Honoring Christ as your Brother.
