Why War
How often there is that call for recruitment to the army
Telling the intended about such great opportunities in the military
Reinforcing that feeling of is nationalistic which will fuel that pride
Hopefully to defend the country's sovereignty so well dignified
This however can turn out to be in some cases a bitter sweet occasion
The concern really comes when they go to take part in an active mission
Brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, sons and daughter friends and lovers
Leaving their home shores to fight in and try to secure foreign and to them unknown borders.
What an effect it can have on some of them mentally
There you are fighting in what to you id strange and demanding territory
Always on the alert not know from which direction will come the attack
So this sort of condition will most certainly put those nerves in a wreck
How that mind will still picture that sight of such carnage
Especially when there was an incidental or accidental destruction of a village
The look of horror still haunts their tomorrow as that slight miscalculation
Can make one regrets not choosing another career since there was an option
Like most professions there is always that form of specialization
And the army too with its division is no exception
There may be weapon's experts or those trained in explosives
Which when they get back to civilian life they cannot get enough practice
That sadness when a fallen comrade as on looks at that tag
Then is sent home, but in a body bag
Also someone can get what is a very crude dissection
As there is disintegration by the forces of an explosion
But one can see those families shaken and visibly showing pain
Especially when the person the bread winner is alive by maim
With incontinence too as well as lost of nervous stimuli
So there is muscular functions are lost totally and completely
Also among those numbers there are those who get dismembered
Such a moment though alive it is very hard not to be concerned or bother
But with counseling, support, encouragement and therapy and use of prosthesis
There can be such that some feeling of confidence will exist.
But with a war is there any real any type of winners
Look at the damage to infrastructure and those who are soldiers
On can but look at the cost of their readjustment and rehabilitation
Because there will too suffer lots of mental and physical destruction.
