Yellow Bell

I wrote this poem in the early month of 2011. I just publish it right now and for some other reasons, I uploaded the photos recently. This plant is important to me because this grows in our little garden. I offer the blossoms in the altar everyday. Hope this reaches you as fresh as I see the blossoms.

Her petals
Soft and vibrant
Her charm unfolding,
amazingly triumphant.

Her leaves
Fine and silky
Lush greens,
Adorned so lovely.

Her stalks
Long and slender
Like arms open wide,
Welcoming her guests, so tender.

As the rain comes pouring tonight,
Her beauty is concealed from sight
God's blessing comes in the morning...
Fresh, delightful blossoms, simply breathtaking.

Tucked in vases,
For altars and other special places.
Pretty as a young damsel,
Her name, yellow bell.
