you say dry my eyes....i say never ©

Faron brought out the poet in me
and that is still to be,
his unconditional love+inspiration
will shine thru in every poem.
There'll never be 1 i write
that he'll be missing from sight,
even 1 to somebody else from my heart
he will always play a big part.
I'll write a poem without him in it never
he will be present forever,
so if him being there isn't to your liking
i will write for you absolute nothing.
In me forever he will live
and always be part of the gift i give,
afterall without him it wouldn't be so
and i just have to let you know....

There's a place inside this little box
where i've had many loving talks,
not worrying about how i look and appear
i can hide behind it without fear.
There's no fear i may be found ugly
i can't gross out who's talking to me,
right now i feel ugly for sure
no Faron here to....
call me His Pooh anymore.
In fact i feel just plain worthless
without his daily hug and kiss,
it got me thru anything i must say
inside+out i was beautiful all the way.

now Just Plain Sally w/darkness instead,
i'm sorry i've left you all down
but just think how i feel....
where once was a smile now sits a frown.
It's the ugly truth my friend
the beauty from me has come to an end,
i just hope you will all stick around
and soak up endless tears that are found.
For work it was traditional
for him to wear blue jeans My Angel,
i'll remember him in denim 4ever
it's what he wore our last minutes 2gether.
As he so cutely called this song....

well i hear it i come apart at the seams,
for i can still hear his praise....
to me from his pulpit
cause it's the reason i'm still a poet!
