Stress
Often there is that appearance that life seems an uphill struggle
And too it looks like there is not semblance of a clue to this puzzle
Then there is that downward fall not finding any firm land
Therefore it is equated with that feeling as though in quicksand
Could it be that somehow or somewhere there is a feeling of being overwhelmed?
And all that seems to be projected all around in the potential for problem
So there being flabbergasted not knowing what to do, or to be done
Instead of make a priority list and take some affirmative action
How many times we all there someone complain of being stressed
Take a closer look, is something external responsible for that mess
Could it be that somehow and somewhere in out mental perception?
That we can be instrumental in creating this daunting situation
As we are human beings we are all blessed with mixed abilities
And sometimes we look down on a person with any deficiency
So then that person feeling a bit uneasy with this inadequacy
Will feel a bit insecure, not really understanding that that is a trait of humanity
Then too is also that factor of the person's home environment
Is a very important element which impacts on a person's temperament?
This can be demonstrated by the approach to a certain situation
That they were able to handle with little or no problem
This some time ago in a conversation, I told a friend
That our teachings can be taken abroad by our children
Because in most instance almost all of what they say or do
Can in all intent and purpose is a reflection of you.
So always remember that in our lives we are in control
We can set out to rise up, or dig ourselves a hole
But whatever we do be it hope or the pits of despair
It s that propelling force call ambition that takes us there.
