Most Special Delivery®
Her heart fell to her feet
as soon as the doctor
came out of the emergency room.
She said how is he,can i see him?
When can i take him home?
The doctor said i'm sorry he died!
Sally said why do these things happen?
Doesn't God care anymore?
Where was God when he needed him?
The doctor asked:would you
like some time alone with him?
One of the nurses will be out
to take you there.
Sally asked the nurse to stay with her
as she tickled his arm
but he didn't quiver?!
Sally said he always had to have his tickle!
She left the hospital without him
and walked in alone to an empty house.
Only his belongings
and memories left behind.
Some of his things
to this day are just as he left them.
She doesn't have the heart to move any!
She laid down holding
his last christmas card
crying herself to sleep.
When she awoke
laying beside her was a letter:
it read....
Dear Pooh,
I know you'll miss me terribly
but i will still be here loving you!
Just cause i'm not around
to say it you'll feel it!
I will love you more each day
and we will be together again!
Until that time:please smile
your smile for me and
sing our songs like i'm singing along
cause i am Dear.Just know
you are special to God as well
as to me.He made an exception
letting me contact you from the beyond.
He said to tell you that He was
with me all along and he's with you too.
He brought me here first so i could
get things right for you
as only i can do.
And just because i'm out of sight
i'm still with you morning,noon and night!
We'll be reunited have no fear
you belong with me here!
But there's so much you have to do
to help others that also need you.
I have a list of my own
and one of the things
to never leave you alone!
When you walk along
with me on your mind
i'm walking with you
only a 1/2 a step behind!
When from earth it's time
for you to be set free
you'll be coming home to me!
We're Only Briefly Seperated
so be patient
when the time comes
you'll be glad you waited!
