angel in blue®


It ain't gonna win no grammy,
but so what i did it for him and i you see.
The greatest award will be,
him smiling down so heavenly............






He wore blue denim,
bluer than denim was the sky
softer than a cloud was my guy
from Heaven.

He wore blue denim
bluer than denim shone my eyes
longer than time my heart still sighs
cause of him.

His love i held dearly
only to feel it grow
safe when he was near me.
But when he left....
still was the smell of
blue denim.
And in my heart there'll always stay
comfort with denim everyday....
thru the tears
i'll still treasure blue denim
thru the years.
