Without Rhyme Or Reason

Delving Deeply Into Life

             Photobucket

Delving deeply into life,
Discarding dark, depressing thought,
Open, close, the creaking door,
Behold the sunbeam, deftly caught,

Light passes through the chink in blind,
Where only open eyes may see,
On closing, diving deep once more,
Peruse the spirit flying free,

Send forth the sound, "Come Back, Come Back,"
That I may love you even more,
A tilt of head, a touch of hand,
Now face to face on polished floor,

Then what was lost, is found in full,
This  re-uniting, man with wife,
The moving, masquerading, moon,
Now delving deeply into life.
