Alone Together
Traditionally men and women in love marry and get together
Through thick and thin respected and willing support each other
And from the affection union bore those fruit called children
Whom they will nurture, love and ensure they become good citizens
But time and changes and the technological age got that attention
The primary aim was to help alleviate those household chores burden
But the diversity, the adaptability, versatility and sophistication bought that separation
Now we are all under one roof all alone but yet we are together
There is no denying that technology deserves that very special mention
In this world there are very few who are not captivated by its apparently boundless function
But in those home instead of spending time cementing that relation
Each person gets diverted and chooses different roads when at the technological junction
Let's justly take a look at the set up of what is now today's family
Gone are those days of talks, outing and those things the create intimacy
Look inside the house or rooms each person has own interest or work station
And when locked away at or in this cannot be disturbed no matter the situation
Now there is animation and the of use of the fantastic robotics
People can build the type of friend they want and quite instamatic
So by doing this can make someone about who they often dream
Thus making the almost perfect friend no confrontation and who is not mean
Yes technology will continue to develop and there will be such progress
But as people we should try to monitor how much of our time and life it will digest
Look at those warning signs; take stock before there is a price to pay
It can be heartbreaking to see some near you and yet they are far away.
But as those added features and upgrades get even less visible
Are we also in our mannerisms with that is compatible
Because we are in a house quite visible, yet not seeing each other
We can still embrace technology, but also keep the family together.
