On the Balcony

There are times when there is that feeling so claustrophobic
Especially when in a crowded area, there is that sort of attack
So my preference in this situation, one that brings that pleasure
Is to sit on the balcony to enjoy the wonder of nature

There is such a wonderful feeling to sit feeling the night air
Blowing so sweetly through the hair, also know later too that you will be there
Also in the background is the cooling effect from the ocean
Have that impact on the area, like that of natural air condition

Sitting there in that blend of candle, and of course night light
How the stars above pitching, provided such a wonderful sight
As those around reflected light of such varying intensity
Whilst the golden light of the moon capped such a beautiful scenery

But what added such color to the picture even much more
Was that sight of seeing you approaching the front door
How there was such a hush as all could not help but stare
There was no limit to how I felt that moment my dear

I felt for that waiter who was at a table pouring some wine
It only took his attention to be diverted just for that little time
How this cause him to make for that split second a mess
Missing the glass and pouring the vintage over that lady's dress

There you were curvy, elegant so lithe and oh so classy
So chic many thoughts came through and all I fancy
Very desirable and that sight of those undulating hips so proper
Made the air rush from my lips, and pulse rate got a bit higher

There was no mistaking that power of your commanding aura
Many said that even if the alluring and captivating Cleopatra
Was to be transposed even just for a moment for a comparison
The result was that she would have come in a very distant second

As each so precise step brought you nearer and of course closer
My heart began to hit my chest with the force of a jack hammer
That wonderful skin tone, that cleavage, and that sparkle in your eyes
That cause the hunger in my desire to most definitely intensifies

Later as you too you seat at last at the table
Each bite of the meal I said Oh how lucky is that morsel
Now being so lucky to be that privilege on this very night
To be masticated and digested to make such a wonderful feminine sight

After dinner it was time to have such fun
As the music and dancing had begun
While the spirit of the vintage permeate the body and mind
Holding you close there in the night air, I propose to you my sweet Valentine.
