Restless
I feel restless,
I am wondering ,
why am i feeling restless?
I realized that I am affected,
by the restless energy of others.
It ignites a discontent in me
and spreads like an infection.
I can stop this infection by
observing and catching myself .
By focusing inwards in the silence
and in peace to find comfort.
Today I decide to spread the waves
of comfort in the atmosphere.
