'' Think Carefully But Don't Take Too Long ''

We now have Gods coming out of our ears,
Who's the real one, nobody can tell,
Adoration of others no longer holds fears
Most people now don't even care about Hell.

Worshipping false Gods is part of everyday life,
They think it will make their life sunny,
The most famous of these causes endless strife,
We created it, its known as money.

Taking the Lords name in vain is now commonplace,
We have lost all sense of respect,
This is prevalent in every religion and race,
God no longer has any affect.

Remembering the Sabbath has gone with the wind,
While we all have our troubles to seek,
Working twenty-four seven will never be binned,
If you don't work it you're considered a freak.

Honouring you Father And Mother can be terribly hard,
Especially when you don't know who they are,
Not knowing your parents can and will leave you scarred,
But D.N.A. technology has really came far.

Killing each other is now normal behaviour,
Throughout the world it happens every day,
We ignore the word of the Lord our saviour,
Another commandment no longer holds sway.

Adultery in life is not classed as a crime,
All respect for your spouse is forgotten,
It's a common occurrence, which happens all the time,
We no longer look upon it as rotten.

Stealing from others is nowadays the norm,
Everyone and anyone's fair game,
When Rich bankers and politicians no longer conform,
Why shouldn't everyone else do the same?

Telling lies is prevalent it's a human trait,
If it helps you achieve your goal,
You'll lie through your teeth an untruth to create,
Then have to dig yourself out of the hole.

To covet what others have is what most of us do,
Keeping up is not nearly enough,
Whatever you have we want far more than you,
If you say it's not nice, we'll say tough.
That's the Ten Commandments brought up to date,
He'll condemn me to Hell if I'm wrong,
By discarding his rules we accept our own fate,
