'' They Are All Preoccupied With Greed ''
Despite Government cuts we're even deeper in debt,
How can this possibly be?
They're wasting our money without breaking sweat,
If contradicted they say, we disagree.
It's everyone's fault apart from theirs,
That's what they'd have us believe,
But if truth be told, no splitting hairs,
It's our pockets they're trying to relieve.
Every excuse has been used before,
By both labour and the Tories,
Writing fairytales should be to the fore,
They're all good at making up stories.
It was the royal wedding that caused this mess,
the Eurozone is way out of line,
The heavy winter gave our economy such stress,
They'll even blame leaves on the line.
No pay rise for you but bonuses for us,
That's what the fat cats say,
Though we ruined the banks what's all the fuss,
We still deserve a good pay.
We've saved millions of pounds by severing posts,
Albeit it's not us that suffers,
Why the hell should we you do not kill the hosts,
Despite our policies hitting the buffers.
Though we now own the banks they still rip us off,
They're not content with what they earn,
They take bonuses for failure then ask why we scoff,
When will they ever learn?
Our Union leaders are exactly the same,
Their salaries would make us all weep,
Like all of the above they do not accept blame,
When on strike, their salaries they keep.
While they live in luxury at our expense,
We've got to ask what do they do,
While the government rob us they put up no defence,
Saying our militancy we must try to subdue.
Whose side are they on as it's certainly not ours?
It's time they were taken to task,
Their attitude towards us leaves a taste that sours,
Even Highwaymen were adorned with a mask.
The common denominator in this entire group,
Is for worry they do not have the need,
There are no limits as to how low they'll stoop,
