Repentance
Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call Him while He is around;
Let evil abandon their way,
So the chaste do not go astray.
Let the wicked vacate their thought,
All the evil that they had sought;
Let them return onto the Lord,
Where they will never be ignored.
For God will show mercy and grace,
His compassion that will embrace;
Because God will freely forgive,
Within His love that they will live.
But His thoughts are not in your mind,
Of one accord you do not bind;
And His ways are never your ways,
That you would follow all your days.
Just as Heaven is up above,
While holding all of His love;
It is so much higher than earth,
As it is priceless in its worth.
Rain and snow come down from the sky,
Falling down as it hits your eye;
They do not go back till they first,
Satisfy the plants that may thirst.
So they will make them sprout and grow,
Producing seed so farmers know;
A bumper crop of rice and wheat,
Enough food for people to eat.
