At three a smile that turns all frowns

Her laughter brings moment to pause

Reminding us of what should be

Converse we will of several things
Amazed, awe struck of earthly blessing
Grand child I think was given to
Adults needing a break, see through
She'll ask me come and see her room
A tour where time just ends too soon
A place where Disney comes to life
With princess dolls and town house lights
Here where Barbie spends her days
With her my heart watched as she plays
For this but one more reason why
To count blessings with heartfelt sighs
As love becomes the moment now
For me to live my life and how
