Lavender skies remind me of you,
Knowing your heart is broken and blue
If I had wings of a Pegasus true
I'd fly directly over to you

No mountains high to keep me away
Soaring through galaxies we would play
No pain nor sorrows in our world so fine
For joy and laughter would be mine

Wings of love could take us high
Floating upon clouds through the sky
Twinkling with stars on a merry go round
Fluttering of wings making no sound

A fantasy world is what I see
Where pain and sorrow would never be
As I gaze at your image of being carefree
With the promise of forever being free
