For the Children
Being home decided to take a walk by my primary school ground
But on getting there, the sight really got the spirits down
Contrary to my days, this unfolding situation gave the inside no peace
Looking around the figures show that four out of every ten children were obese
But it's a fact lots of changes have occurred, quite removed from my day
Because today the teachers are certainly under lots of pressure in some way
Can be saddled with the blame if at any moment there is an injury
Like they can prevent or limit any that that may happen accidentally
As today too there is that great concern about the effect of the sun's rays
Even though has benefits, parent will complain if a burn appears
So that responsibility also added to the all that amount of needless pressure
Therefore most certainly they have to ensure that they are in a great degree if shelter
Yet many of those who will be quite quick to make any form of complain
New seem to look at their children blowing very hard walking in pain
Each step taken so labored appearing like there will be an imminent heart attack
Still they will not make that change to improve that regular lopsided diet
But take a careful look at what's happening inside the home
The atmosphere will not reflect any type of activity zone
There will be the latest in video games and all types of electronic gadgetry
Depicting life of sedentary so no wonder the children demonstrate obesity
There is nothing wrong with trying to provide for your children a better life quality
This should show signs that are positive and the effects should be one that is healthy
But if there is the realization some of that effort is causing a problem
Take note make a change in direction as this may improve the health of your children.
