Somewhere

Behind our night the sun is shining
Somewhere here upon this earth
As a soul goes up to heaven
Another one is giving birth.

It may be raining in your corner
But somewhere there, around the bend
A rainbow arcs above the rooftops
Before it comes your way my friend.

In this life of joy and sorrow
Somewhere someone`s laughing too
Midnight may be what you`re seeing
But somewhere the skies are blue.

Sometime,Somewhere you will be happy
The shadows pass and tell you true
If you believe in that new dawning
A better day will come for you.

So whenever life seems lonely
And glowering clouds are high above
Somewhere someone`s thinking of you
Sending you a prayer of love.
