Yoga part 25
Kids gathering on the mats;
Playful talking, noise, giggles.
Kid Fit Camp yoga time;
Wondering what have gotten myself in to.
Finding my inner child,
Bringing him out to the surface.
Beginning the Warrior series amidst chaos;
The voices becomes a symphony.
A peaceful noise emerges;
Kids following my lead, yoga flowing;
Unified in a unique manner.
Creative juices flow from my soul;
Joy of these young ones heal me.
Practice becomes an adventure,
A journey into my past.
Innocence, gentleness, peacefulness flow;
Pose after pose, asking for more.
Reaching deep for the ancient wisdom,
A tidal wave of pleasure sweeps the mats.
I ask to close with 15 seconds of silence;
To think about being thankful,
To sit still and reflect on blessing.
Amazed at the sound of breath,
In the stillness of these kids…
The focus, the purity,
The truthfulness of practice.
