Just Looks
This is message is being broadcast and now done universally
That is change lifestyle, to diet and get in some exercise regularly
There are many you heed the advice even though appear fit and healthy
And in some cases having an age of sixty may have the looks like being forty
How proud will that feeling be, reflecting that youthful look on the outside
But one can be certain that the organs will be the person's age or the inside
Yes it is good to take care of the body and there is that look of being younger
Remember that the working taking place inside will paint the true picture
The blood will be flowing to the same organs through the same vessels daily
And over time if there is not plaque buildup consider yourself lucky
In the passage of time there will be of course some changes, like narrowing
These are those changes that internally will be more or less occurring.
How many times we get shock to hear someone had a heart attack
Someone whom we wanted to emulate and our admiration never lacks
The when there is that check taking that look at the person's history
That may seem to be a predisposing factor in the life of the family
Then there may be someone who may follow a diet to the letter
