Silence
I sit there as Silence em brasses me,
And smiles deep within my eyes.
I cannot speak nor whisper,
For Silence has covered my sighs.
I reach my hands out to type,
Yet the buttons swell my finger tips.
I cannot say a word,
For Silence has also torn my lip.
I grab my neck... my neck...
The pain that I have bared.
Silence gnaws at my neck...
And looks back to see if I'm scared.
Silence has taken over...
No more noise as I see.
The hands of time glances
Directly at Silence standing in front of me.
